Second Weigh-In

Weigh-in 2: 177.4

I have no idea what went wrong this last week. I did really well in making sure I worked out every day. I ate eggs for breakfast and a salad for lunch each day. So the only thing I can think of is that my body is adjusting to the change and maybe even gaining some muscle from my workouts. I hope thats all it is and that the bad weight will start shredding soon. I'll post my picture this evening when I get home from work.


  1. lol Carrie don't worry I went up 2.5 lbs. lol We both know we cheated lol I am going to yell at myself this afternoon and get back up.
